I have a very relaxed and approachable vibe and hope to create a safe and warm environment where you can come as you are and feel truly accepted and seen, both by me and the Lord. The relationship between the counselor and client is pivotal and it’s important to have a therapist you feel like you can trust and open up to. I value laughter and humor and, where appropriate, enjoy incorporating this into our time together. Abandonment trauma refers to the behaviors and emotional distress that come about as a result of experiences that made you feel unsafe, insecure, isolated, and/or alone as a child.
